Long load times

I have also been experiencing slow loading times this league.
It usually only took a few seconds to load a new area, but now it is often around 10s to 60s. For some reason, looking at the performance graphs, it seems that shaders are the bottleneck for me; the green bar always gets capped out. Switching to Vulkan from DX12 seems to have helped a bit with loading into areas I have been to recently (shader cache?). Hope this gets resolved soon. | |

I can't even launch the game. It just hungs and becomes "not responding"...

BUMP. Also, not fixed. I've probably spent about 3 HOURS waiting on players to load into my hideout for trades this league. Crucible league and earlier were never an issue for loading. It's 3x-10x load times. 3x on my pc so it even takes like 10 sec to load into a town, but some people are straight up 1 minute/crash and ended up quitting the game due to this loading. It's simply not functional for face to face interactions.

since the last patch, long loading time again..Is there any guide to make it faster ? like what engine we should pick etc.

I have the same problem here. Long time must wait in the loading screen. On change areas, in maps, hideouts and porting an player positions. Between 30s and 120s ... That is extem high. When player invate to trade is that ture terrible. Technic Info: Windows 10 Prozessor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz RAM 16,0 GB Nvidia Geforce Geforce NTX 1060 6Gb VRAM SSD M2 NVMe Samsung SSD 960 - 500 GB Max / Free 19 GB Internet 12k Mb Download / Upload 1,6 Mb Do you can fix it? " Hi again, now i have a troubleshooting. I have many option under Grafik testing and Vulcan do this problem. With the choice DirketX11 and Render Resolution a lower Grafik Resultion and the Problem is in the Past. But the Grafik is very bad ... Perhaps the info can help other. Have a nice Day! i thought i was alone in this, glad to see its not just me.
takes 30+ seconds to load into map and other people's hideouts, trade wasnt picnic before now its just bad all over the place. before it was ~5 seconds to load anywhere, now dont know what to do. Kills all enjoyment out of the game. GGG please fix or tell us how to fix it |

Some patches ago they made the 'great' decision to change resources from the GPU to the CPU. Probably a contributing factor. |
