It's pretty clear at this point that poe2 is the priority, it's get worse every season. I really hope that that this league mechanic is worth it, because there's no point to farm or upgrade your gear without end game changes.

GGG, is it an oversight that you forgot to mention Forged Frostbearers have been added to phantasmal desecrate?

Why not just separate patch notes for the handful of people who care about Ruthless? I'd rather not have to dig through the trash to find anything.

Big oof... another skip league that we waited an extra month for. Half of it is Ruthless notes, which almost no one plays.... This is about as disappointing as launching a league reveal livestream, with an unrelated phone game as your first topic of discussion.

Where are the non-Ruthless patch notes?
