Twitch said that I was eligible for the drop if I watched, I have watched and did not receive the item. What are you doing about this?

I have the same problem as JasonMcClatchy. I've even gone so far as to claim the wings but they don't show up in my Twitch inventory.

Same for me...i watched the live, had the pop up telling that i can claim it and when i tried, i had "item no longer available" ...

Always excited for new content! but imagine being at work and missing the 1 and a half hour window to get the Raven Demon Wings... Very disappointing.

I watched via my phone yesterday, logged about 2 hours.
Yet, when I checked today in my inventory, I got 50+% done for the 4 hours for the portal. But I cant claim the wings... |

i watched whole stream, but at 6:30 had an doctor appointment so i left it open and went, then no wings, and stream drop was at 20% in 2 hours... cmon...
