hmmm....complaining for two years, explained to why its NOT a bug, yet necro-ing a thread and still complaining about it? Have you not yet realized that this whole thread is based on YOUR misunderstanding of the mod?

That foulborn mod doesn't NEED "with this weapon": that is actually the part that you should be complaining about and should be removed. Because it is redundant.

As mentioned throughout the last two years of this thread: "on hit" with a weapon is ALREADY a local mod. There is no bug. There is no discrepancy. There is no lack of clarity.
