For those who dislike mines. I used freezing pulse + elemental proliferation and frost bomb. I do not know if it is as optimal as mines but foes are frozen most of the time.

When offered i took efficacy and later combined it with creeping frost (also a reward) and started using that. Frost bomb was no longer needed. Things died quickly enough.

When offered i took cold snap and started using it along with creeping frost. I bought the heralds.

i skipped league start and just starting now...hows the build with the league mechanic?

edit- and how does OP already have a diadem? lol

1. I didn't play the league mechanic much on Day 1

Can this build make bosses? Uber elders/Maven/Sirius?

Are the legacy of fury mandatory in term of damage and clear ?

I wanted to fit onslaught on my boots since i just love this buff, but ofc you can't with legacy of fury

It is not mandatory but you will find yourself missing out on damage and clear. You can consider something like the below so that you retain scorched ground.
