" You're right. You would be more tankier. You gonna have 10% dps loss if you can hold the max chill effect without the point (30%). In the PoB I forced the Chill Effect to be 40%. You can just remove the '40' and removing the point you gonna see the updated DPS by removing the point. It's a rly good point. Gonna test it later on uber bosses. Veiled Chaos to hit prefix (ops: it can be a suffix so you gonna need to try again. That means 2 divs per try)
Step 4
Unveil and craft prefix cannot be changed again (+2 divs)

Reforge speed on harvest crating with yellow seeds you can try again if you get a bad roll (2 divs per try)

" If you still using Terminus Est, I'd recommend you to use Cold Penetration Support instead of Close Combat maybe. And if you swap into the Burnishing blade, Use Increased Critical Strikes Support instead But for your gear, your rings looks rly bad. Try to get rings with some HP and resists maybe and craft -mana cost if possible. | |

" That's how I crafted my weapon, but you can just buy some Essences of Contempt and try to get some attack speed and craft %increased physical damage to get a medium weapon and you can just upgrade it later as you get currency | |

" I think so. Ofc there are builds that would have more benefit but I can't see any reason to not use it if you have one.
