[3.21] Sweep Elementalist | All content done 33M DPS | Freeze everything

Hello, I'm Durnz and this is my Frost Sweep build that I created on Sanctum League (v3.20) and I'm having a lot of fun playing it. This build is capable of doing all content but not so good at low budget and some skills are required.
And just to be clear we can not Freeze Endgame bosses e.g. Shaper, Maven, Eldritches. But we can perma freeze guardians, breaches bosses, etc. I have done few Ubers Bosses but didn't have time to record it yet. 3.21 changes: Mostly about the same. Only thing changes is 2 masteries (10% increased life and effect of ailments on elemental mastery removed). Got 2 life nodes instead.  Pro's & Con's + Freeze everything + Double DPS if Enemy is Frozen + High regen and high non-damaging ailments effect + Can do most of map mods (only expcetion is No Regen and Elemental Reflect mods) - Not giga tanky - Melee Gear

" I tried to make a Slayer Version with Suppress and Determination but the dps is like half of this build. My goal was trying to have a great dps and freeze most things in the game and not be so weak and I think I got at this point playing this build as Elementalist. i just start, now is 38lV when can be use sweep?

" You can use Sweep since level 12 if you want to and Hrimsorrow and Heatshiver as soon as you get them and the level for it. About the STR, you gotta use some items to meet that requirement. Try the Replica Karui amulet or rings that gives you some str if you need more e.g. Le Heup or use some points on tree just while you don't go to the str part of the tree Last edited by Durnz on Jan 2, 2023, 8:20:31 AM
