just messaged ggg on facebook and there is a delay due to the number of people trying to get the box. they said if there is no box after 24hrs to contact the support team via email with account and character names.

For those not getting the box, play for a while and it should appear. I played for 20 min until I got mine. |

So i asked their support. Tldr is - it can take up to 24hrs to get box. Only write them after atleast that much time passed.
