I'm back in this league and want make cold bv on Occu. I have ~40+- div, how you do you think, I can this? Or make on elementalist on first time and change spec. later?

With 40 div you can almost definitely cut straight to the occultist.

I actually have swapped BACK from Occy to Elementalist to focus on Uber-Bossing with Heatshiver. I'll have a video on it this weekend.

so far, as someone that has 4k hours and is still a noob on uebers.
I Like Blade Vortex Cold alot, and want to play it.
But iam in danger that iam to bad with it.
I realy Like to play crimson temple with 60% deli strongboxes and abyss
do you think its possible ?
I Played SRS Poison until now, and Farmed 150Divine to make a new Build.
I also Hope i can do all Chanllenges.

On a 150 divine budget, you should definitely be able to clear juiced deli maps with this build. If you're worried about difficult playstyle, the main thing you really need to practice is using your flame dash as an initiating tool rather than travel or escape. 90% of your flamedashes should target packs of monsters to close the gap between you and them. For deli maps, you're also going to want to be extra careful about the "ghosts" that haunt monsters and charge up those giant AOE attacks, since these effects will go off even if the monsters are frozen or dead, so always give it a second or two to resolve before you try looting something.

Last league, I made this build and stomped the entire Wraeclast, Such a fun build. I even reached depth 760 with it but my friend was bossing for me when I reached depth 500+ since HH buffs are not available there...

Overall insane build, I got addicted and will surely make it again this league.

Yes, that's what this build is made to do, but if you're brand new to POE and English isn't your first language, you might need some help from an experienced player to understand the guide. This is because I use a lot of terms and slang that assume the reader is already somewhat fluent in talking Path of Exile.
