This method can be easily adapted to our case (Shaper/Crusader). But it still involves a bunch of currency to craft the amulets for recombining. And then you have a 45% chance of success. And if you fail - you lose the Simplex completely. There is nothing to restore from imprint if the recombinator picks the other base. So then you need an average of 2.2 Simplex bases.

Unfortunately, after that post, Str stackers got on it. And now the base is 40 div. Which is still cheaper than in any previous league. But 100 div for 10% MORE damage is definitely in the Luxury category.

2 shrine version always have 1 offensive and 1 defensive shrine.
Gloom, Diamond and Acceleration all are offensive.
