I used recombinators.
One body armour with %dex, crit and second body armour with attack speed per dex.

How did you make the claw? Alt + regal + recom shaper bases?

You could do that, you could also use Hatred essences on a hunter base

How does one start this Charackter?

I am a very new POE Player and have just a very basic understanding of the game.

What i found best was level up to about 85 via some levelling build and start at atleast 30 exalt for budget. Yeah kinda not a new player build.

Is there any way we can finish crafting boots that already have the Dex mod? How did you make yours?

All depends what else there is on the boots and what youre trying to get, so i cant really tell you what to do. You could buy a pair of booths with 3 mods and multimod the rest.

You need a claw and boots with the mod ''2-4 cold dmg per 10 dex'' and some random rare items with 40+ dex.

I wouldnt really recommend this if you are brand new to poe, there should be alot of other good beginner friendly guides you can follow all the way from 1-100.
