Hi, from what level have you used this build? After all, we just need to get a staff and it already works? And where did you get the es regen during the battle until the guardian eye appeared

" Hi, when you can use the staff you can start playing the build. I had ES gain on hit with Watcher's Eye jewel as well as Vaal Discipline. Other than that, it's default recharge/leech. |
