Basically loving the idea of some kind of unusual temple to try.

Something useful would be a card giving one of the top two items of all base types (ilvl 100, 6 linked) and should have some fractured T1 roll. If its a sword, mace,or axe it should have a physical T1 roll like flat dmg, inc dmg or phys leech etc. Wands can have ele dmg to spells, +1 gem or spell dmg etc. If you include armour bases they can have something like T1 life/es rolls or some defence stat like max res or armour/evasion on shield or chest etc. Would be nice to start crafting on these items. It would be nice to have something like this even though the idea isn't that exciting.

Essence of Hysteria or randomly chosen between the big 4 essence. I like it when a card tells a mini-story and this would be about how someone started with what seems like a simple goal but ends up going to any length to get the thing they wanted. Like with essences at first you think that "oh ok, I'm sure it'll roll for exactly what I wanted" but 10000000 essences later you're on the floor in the fetal position wondering how it all went wrong. Essences have a very "once you pop you can't stop" style to them lol.

bonus points if it drops in delirium, shifting through literal madness to find something that just makes you more neurotic would be pretty funny.

Any high tier essence or any multiple of an essence that's on theme would work too, Greed and Zeal come to mind, maybe a combination of the two.
