Build changelog for 3.18:

■ Reworked POBs slightly to contain fully updated information.
■ Reworked the gem section to be precise for each gemsocket instead of giving vague indications.


- Linked many items: mark of submission, headhunter, mageblood, boot implicits, delirium ring, 4th cluster jewel with wasting affliction, watcher's eye
- Removed any mention of unnatural instinct, as normal passives for damage are imo just better
- Fixed trade link for 1h rare weapons, as it was mission the +1 all spell option
- Added a mention of +2 corrupted doppelganger's
- Explanations for elevated blizzard crown

Left to do:

■ Leveling section/leaguestart tips
■ Crafting guides for endgame crafted only options
■ Improve video section

Hi! Lootfilter no, I usually just use neversink early and level fast enough to not care, sorry. I can recommend it tho, it's good enough.

I will however write a levelling guide, as it is a popular request. Your input on holy flame+flame wall is probably one of the best options available, thank you for the idea.
Not too sure about fireball, going hexblast as soon as possible looks good too. I'll try to figure out something easy to follow and effective.

Yeah, I think I overestimated how it was when I played it with a tabula and two +1 wands. Trying holy totem at the moment, it's alright, nothing insane really.

I think just going hexblast asap is going to be the best, it's just a good smooth playstyle and allows you to not have to do a big swap later on.

No, deadly ailments is just straight up more damage (44-49% vs 40% more).

Cruelty makes sense instead of ignite proliferation, but relying on profane bloom alone to clear (especially in high delirium) is not a good bet. Cruelty and deadly ailments of course don't do well together at all, so you'd have to replace deadly ailments with awakened empower 5 to make everything work together.

Note that while doing this swap grants you some pob singletarget (around 15-20% more), the loss of ignite prolif is a massive setback for difficult clear encounters such as 100% delirium maps, the simulacrum or uber timeless emblems.

There's an argument to be made to replace swift affliction, but imo it's bad. The only main link gem swap I would do is awakened unbound ailments instead of prolif (same damage, but doubles ignite length) for hard encounters such as the feared.
I played your ED Trickster for several leagues and remembered it to be a very well balanced build. Looking forward to starting with this, hope to see the leveling guide soon.

Would Cruelty be worth it on the lv 83 PoB instead of the Added Lightning Support? I'm actually kind of confused why Added Lightning is there to begin with tbh. PoB seems to think Cruelty is a dps gain both in that setup over the Added Lightning and also in the higher level setups in place of the awakened added chaos, but I hesitate to believe it 'cause I suspect it's calculating the Cruelty buff at the full 50%. Doing either of those would keep the ignite prolif for clear and all our dot buffs, but i have a hard time believing the loss of the initial hit is offset purely by the cruelty buff in all cases.
Hey, I'm interested by your build for 3.18, it looks really fun compare to other meta build for this league.

I'm a bit of a noob and I was wondering during the leveling process if I decide to play Hexblast during my leveling, I should always apply my curse before cast hexblast (since I will not have any glove with curse on hit before late game) ?

I don't really understand when you need to self cast your curse only on boss ?

How do you think this build can perform with the new difficulty for boss this season ?

Otherwise good job for your build, it's clear and easy to understand I will league start with it in 2 days :3
