I just played a Uber Elder Fight, it wasnt really Spectacular, but yet my Guardian still died, eventho i replaced Zombies with Minion Life. Not Sure what i did wrong with my Build, but the Guardian doesnt Survive anything....
But well, i like the Build, and the League is allmost over, so i wont bother that much anymore about it. Maybe Next League again :)
You have minion damage on your helmet, that gives your animate guardian less life, making him way way less tankier than he could be.

Hi, I'm just getting back to the game after a few years of absense. I can't seem to figure out the mana reservation part of it. I fail to be able to run all the buffs at once.

GGG has nerfed the mana reservation to hell this league, so we need ashes of the starts and charisma annointment on it to be able to run everything. On top of that we need all the reservation nodes on the templar side as well as determination reservation efficiency mastery.
And before I forget, if you could open your privacy settings on your profile for your characters, I could view them and give a more complete review of what you have to do.

Well, my gear is still really bad but I'll share. I was kinda wondering what masteries you've gone for. The minion life on minion death is not one that we pass with the passives in the guide so I made a detour of a few skillpoints

We don't use precision so it might be the problem.

Hi, Im new on his build and have a question about Animate Guardian. Because items are gone with animating them, you have some advices for me with that? I mean, what to keep on my eye, how to avoid guardian death, what not to do to keep guardian alive etc
Edit: nvm, just read the wiki :)

Easiest way to keep AG alive is by stacking hp on him.
This is usually done by getting as many levels on him as you can and by linking him to a minion life support.
Personally, I wouldn't consider having an AG summoned unless he has atleast 50k hp(You can see his HP by hovering over the AG tooltip in game). Around ~80k hp should be enough for him to feel safe in most cases, especially during mapping.
But you probably want to get him over 100k generally.
I've found that anything over that won't really help him. The things that kill him when he's at 100k hp will kill him when he's at 200k hp. I've seen that myself plenty times when I used to run "immortal" AGs with 160k health et.c.
You also want a but of regen on him, somewhere around ~7% life per second is usually enough. The more HP he has the less regen you can get away with. Renewal nodes give 1% regen, he can also get 2% life regen from Boot enchants et.c. Any more regen is usually overkill and won't really help him.
Generally speaking, AGs don't die to a lack of sustain outside of degen pools from bosses like Sirus. Generally, AGs die because they get oneshot from overtuned mechanics or because they're shotgunned.
Best way to make sure your AG never dies is to learn to identify what mechanics can kill him and desummon him. Especially dangerous mechanics to look out for are:
- Veretania(Redeemer boss) whirldwind shotgun.
- Detonate Dead abilities on high HP corpses (Usually cast by things like Strongboxes and certain map bosses)
- Eater of Worlds/Searing Exarch with dangerous mods and Height of Hubris
- Hall of the Grandmaster(Never run this map)
Amongst other things. if you learn to identify these type of things you will in time learn when to desummon your AG. Generally if you want to keep your AG alive, just get him above the suggested health threshhold, cap his resistances with his gear and if you can, get the 8% max ele resistance mastery node. That's usually enough and your AG will never die while providing maximum utility. He's not unkillable thouugh and will die to certain mechanics. Learn to identify these and unsummon him beforehand.

To these things I could add that Sirus would definitely kill a squishy AG.
Another mechanic that could kill your ag is the 10 way runs, there are some bosses with incredible dps when you encounter them in the maven arena.
Those with boss hp and DD could kill you or your minions with one shot.

Yeah, Sirus is usually one of the only things that actually kills AGs when they lack Regen. Usually because the AG is chilling red degen pools on the ground and if you're not usin convocation to move it, it just melts in ~3 seconds.
10 man boss encounters kill AGs very often because of detonate deads.
What happens is that there's a map boss that uses Detonate Dead(Tolman, Witch of the Cauldron et.c.) on another boss corpse on the ground.
It just oneshots any AG.

Another boss I noticed is the golem from Stagnation. The meteor he drops over you kills anything and everything, I dk why but be careful within that map and in 10 ways. That was a problem I faced when I did invitation carries in previous leagues.
