Well I get told to make effects more obnoxious and big by others all the times too. So im not really sure what to do.
I have answered the aura thing a millions times though. They are getting remade before open beta. Just like the Charges and and the curses. Ill probably shrink tempest shield so it isn't larger that the shield. However I am not going to change it. I like all the fluffy animals[img]http://i.imgur.com/mO8dR.png[\img]

" The reason I haven't answered that is its nothing to do with me. I make effects not UI. You need to get Erik to answer for that. I just make sure to stay ontop of my effects answers. I love the look of the Corsair Sword, and Arming Axe.
Could you do something about Wraith Axe and Twilight Blade? Those are a bit rough: - Wraith Axe is an interesting concept, it's some kind of magic/ehtheric axe? But it doesn't really work imho it looks like polygons are missing, it lacks a good outline or shape or something, texture is somewhat undefined - Twilight Blade model is fine but the texture is very very rough, its pixellated/blown up. Gemstone Sword and Graceful sword look much finer in comparison, especially the handle and pommel. I really like the groove in the Gemstone Sword blade. Actually Elder Sword 's groove looks the sharpest, very nice (hah, funny, it seems that it's all bump map? looking at an angle it is flat, nice illusion). | |

" It runs on my 8800 gt pc just fine and its 5 years old. Bought that pc back in high school. We will add graphic options later to make the game look bad but run fast but for now we are busy adding content. We know PoE could be better optimised but theirs no point stepping our art backwards. Thats what graphic options are for. If we had a larger team we would have all this stuff but for now its stuck like this : ( I like all the fluffy animals[img]http://i.imgur.com/mO8dR.png[\img]

" You are the one who must be joking, you don't even need anything remotely new to play this game, I successfully played on my laptop from 08 that does not even have a graphics card in it. Sure I had 10 fps but the game ran. My desktop is over two years old now and I play at 60 fps all the time at 1920*1080. | |

" High school? Gads I feel old. I'm also on an 8800, though I shelled out for the 8800GTX. That card was a beast in its day and it still runs games great on my 1400x900 monitor. I haven't tried to jump to 1080p though. I like the auras, but I'm quite fond of shiny, glowy eye candy in general. Open beta is still BETA.
