I think any minor nerfs/changes to this build will be far overshadowed by the introduction of a skill tree on the +3 bow. I can't wait to see what bows can roll to make them even better.

One question browsing through the PoB; is it a mistake you have taken reservation mastery: "+1% to all maximum......." as it does not seem we reserve life, we do not gain anything from this. " I did a quick glance to the pob, if i have not missed anything it is missing a lot of hit (88%) and also suppress spell damage has been nerfed on gear earlier so it's not spell suppression capped at this stage, of course it is possible to take some in the tree or spell suppression on helm. Just a heads up, correct me if this is wrong. | |

The bottom Life Mastery also does nothing. You can take "15% increased max life if there is no life mods on the body armor" and use it with a Hyrri's Ire, for budget-ish version(it'd almost completely make up for a loss of +100 life from rare chest).

If you are comfortably hitting 20 fuses you could consider anointing Charisma so you wouldn't need a mana res cluster.

In the notes of POB have:
"1) Purifying Flame (replace with Purifying Flame at Level 16)" is correct? would it be the same skill? |

So that's it! i might go this way again for 3.21, decision to be made.
as i posted earlier, i did all content and got to 100, so i decided to try the same basic stuff but as champion. i prefered it, still got 1.3M DoT and had no prob with bosses but of course much more tanky. my final build: https://pastebin.com/3GCneqT7 | |
" Thanks for looking into it. I just added an enchant to the belt to take it to 93% hit chance now. The 88% is fine as long as you're still hitting 20 fuses. For Spell Suppression, you'd want to pick up the new 15% Spell Suppression if your other gear has eva on it. And if you're still lacking, then yes get it on helmet. You can always spec into the "Spell Suppression is Lucky" mastery when your tree is pathed down to Watchtowers initially too which will help alot. |
