i would like to ask if anyone has any idea of how exactly the ignite and DoT dps limit works now, it says that it just cant go higher in POB but at the same time ive read that this apply to raw damage and reductions to enemy resistances should still go above that, so does anyone know how does that work exactly?, also if what i said about going above that limit is false, any idea to make this tankier without compromising on the max dps?

Eventually change lifetap to empower, but i don't know how to handle low mana problem.

Depends what you want to kill. You are DOT capped for trash mobs, but try switching to different boss types in config and you'll drop below the cap. If you are killing trash to level without dying then I'd suggest headhunter + the "Wellspring of Creation" node in the Atlas tree. If you are killing Uber bosses you are only rocking 8M DPS and killing them quicker is the best defensive approach.

That said the main survival comment is that you need more than 2,879 life, I'd:

a) replace "The Brass Dome" with a rare with spell suppression and life
b) spell suppression on your gloves from eldritch influence
c) Life on your amulet and ring.
d) Life on rare jewels
e) Spell suppression on watcher's eye while running grace.

You'll currently be dying a lot due to unsuppressed spells one-shotting you.

I'd start by getting some better flasks. They aren't as good as the rest of your gear and make a lot of difference for survival. For mana you need to lifetap everything: I'm not seeing lifetap in your helmet or gloves. You can't (IMO) drop lifetap from your explosive arrow set up - you technically can but it is very very clunky and you can build DPS in other ways. I think rain of splinters will end up with your totems firing arrows in a "V" with only one typically hitting any particular mob. So no extra stacks, but 50-30 less damage.

By swapping your helmet to Devouring Diadem.
I have tried this empowering with devouring diadem, and unless you want to do the retarded 80% faster ingite damage ring + 80% increased duration of damaging ailments while foccused on the helmet, its literally worse than just using lifetap with a -12% fire resistance +20% ignite damage helmet
I see almost all builds here use Flame dash. isn't that a bad idea? we use elemental equilibrium node so wouldnt flame dash remove the exposure for fire? or is the idea u never use flame dash at/around enemy...

It's for mobility, not offense. You'll mow down maps whether EE is functioning or not, so it's more for bossing (or anything lasting longer than a single explosion) anyway.
