Crackling Lance: Now deals 28 to 84 Lightning Damage at gem level 1 (previously 28 to 85), up to 458 to 1375 at gem level 20 (previously 317 to 952). Now has "35% more Damage with Hits and Ailments per Intensity" at all gem levels (previously 30%). Now has a Mana cost of 11 at gem level 1 (previously 12), up to 21 at gem level 20 (previously 23). Now has a cast time of 0.65 seconds at all gem levels (previously 0.70 seconds). Now has 165% Effectiveness of Added Damage at all gem levels (previously 115%).
Overall, that's 69.7% MORE damage. Hey, great guide!

Have one concern. I tested ingame the three dragons helm with shaper of storms and I'm not actually inflicting shock. Am I missing something or where is this 50% PoB shock coming from and is there even a point in taking shaper of storms

" I wasn't using any added damage so no. Wouldn't the shock be small though because the cold portion is such a small hit compared to your lightning damage? EDIT: Well assuming a minimum 15% shock and 120% increased effect of shock (I'm not counting the 25% more from shaper of storms because the highest hit contributing to the shock is not lightning) then you'd be applying 33% shocks, not 50% Last edited by Eremoo on Feb 3, 2022, 11:44:21 AM
