Short term: Brine King Pantheon.
Long Term: Accumulate 100% chance to avoid being stunned. Can get 80% chance to avoid being stunned if you've killed recently on boots for a good mapping fix. Abyss jewels can roll up to 30% as well as have stun avoidance corruption implicits. Chest piece can bench craft 25% as a prefix or up to 35% as an unveil. Tolerance wheel+mastery on the tree is 80% total. I believe helmets and gloves can have up to 25% bench crafted onto them as well. Pick your poison. :P
