it's all about how you evaluate feedback.

if it's on reddit, it's probably a lie or revenge post since it's undefined if the poster ever played poe.

if it's here, you have to see if the poster failed on missing skill or patience. there is few a game developer can do for a spoiled but uncapable player but it would be absolutely wrong to tone the game down to the lowest common demoninator.

if you know your folks, complaints can even mean accomplishment.
