[3.19] DO NOT USE - Fuzzy Duckzy's Lightning Strike Raider - Great League Starter

im looking at the expensive build for thing to improve my current situation but I noticed in the calculation of POB it sais 42% for elusive on that on and only 32 on mine and I cant figure out where the difference comes from...

and pob just show it as a basevalue fo I don't know where the number comes from. anyone have any idea?
I'm having some issues with survivability in maps. I'm only at lvl 94 and looking at 80+ deaths to my name. For reference, last league, which was also very rippy, I had a Vortex Occultist with 50 deaths by lvl 96.

Now usually with my characters there's a transition period to red or high lvl red maps where I'm too lazy to upgrade my gear and I start dying a lot, but never as much as with this char. I think I need to improve my gameplay a bit.

I swapped from concoction to this build 2 days ago and its so fun, but its lacking some damage on big bosses like sirus,maven,shaper. I kinda need a roadmap to follow from at this point. Can someone help please?

Pointing out upgrades i could make from easiest to hardest would be so good.
(Also on end game bosses, i go oom all the time because leech doesnt recover enough.)

The big thing is you're not spell suppression capped. Cap that and you should notice less deaths since it's just such a good defensive layer.

Gloves are pretty mediocre. I tell almost everyone to just get good gloves with life/resists and extra damage mods (high tier cold/light flat or attack speed) if budget allows and just roll additional strike and pierce as eldritch implicits.

Abyss jewel has a low life roll and only one scaling damage mod. I'd look for better. You can also look for one with blind chance. Body evasion implicit I'd see if there was something else better defensively. Just look at the available options on poedb or something and see if any of the other choices give you more eHP or effective max hit taken. Life regen also on boots isn't that great because our main source of sustain is leech/on hit. Also you could get a defensive or offensive boot enchant to help damage or defenses. Your cobalt jewel is also pretty weak, I'd try to replace it with something that gives more damage and crit if you want that.

I'd look into dropping Primal Spirit and taking Ghost Shroud and changing the body craft to gain 10% life as ES.

You're a Raider, you give permanent exposure and -res from ascendancy. The easiest change is getting strike targets additional enemy glove implicit and dropping Ancestral Call for Multistrike or Inspiration (which would also help with mana costs). Added Cold to Awakened Added Lightning shouldn't be too expensive either (~40c for lv1).

Are you manually casting Ass Mark? Why don't you link it with Mark on Hit? Anomalous alt quality will also give you more damage (1ex for lv1).

I don't think it's worth using multiple totems if you're not using Warchief as well. You can drop multiple totem support, move flame dash onto culling with totem, then setup Ass Mark, Mark on Hit, Lifetap in a 3L. Phantasmal Ancestral Protector increases the buff effect as well (80c).

Boot enchant is only really strong for mapping. Flat added lightning or ele pen will be stronger for boss encounters.

You can probably attack catalyst your amulet and divine your Elder ring for more attack.

You're overcapped on spell suppression. You can path to Intuition via One with Nature and drop the Quickstep points. If you want more mana/mana on hit you can put those towards Primal Spirit or save them for a cluster setup later on.

More expensive upgrades are swapping to cluster setup with Martial Prowess/Feed the Fury/Fuel the Fight (2.5-3ex). You can drop the Clever Thief nodes if you got that cluster. I'd drop points from the pathing towards Coordination and onward if you want the cluster. Mantra of Flames is more damage than your current Viridian jewel at the cost of a little life. That or a rare abyss jewel with 3 good damage mods and life will be solid too. If you get corrupting blood immunity on the jewel it will bump the price up a few ex as well.

Awakened Elemental Damage with Attacks is a small DPS upgrade but level 5 lets you ignore ele reflect mods. (4.5-5ex)

Quicksilver flask suffix isn't that great. Diamond flask suffix is pretty useless. Get 2 of poison removal, attack speed, reduced curse effectiveness, evasion % for the two suffixes to replace. Expensive upgrade is dropping Diamond flask for Bottled Faith (8ex).

Watcher's Eye can be cheap, maybe less than ex for Precision Attack Damage or expensive if you want multiple Precision damage rolls with Anger crit multi.

This is usually where someone points out something painfully obvious that I've missed and I'm hoping you can help me out.

You shared the high budget POB I believe. Setting up the config on your character properly shows me 9.6m DPS. Are you positioning properly to get the two hits off on bosses? 9.6m is solid and should be capable of all the pinnacle atlas encounters and such, but there's definitely places where you can push more damage.

The main thing is why are you using Farrul's without using Aspect of the Cat? You'll need an open suffix to craft it somewhere, but otherwise, your chest is just life. Maybe if you fix that things will feel better. Overall though, your lifepool is a little low and I think Replica Farrul's or Brass Dome is the way to go if you're not going to use a rare chest.
