[3.19] DO NOT USE - Fuzzy Duckzy's Lightning Strike Raider - Great League Starter

Can anyone give any advice for my build, I spent most of my time following Esoro's build but was recommended the one in this thread.

I realize it's late in the league but I quite enjoyed the playstyle so I am considering running it again next league so any help/suggestions will help for 3.18 too.
Are you looking for a league starter?
Are you fed up with RNG evasion and 1hits?
Are you a chad to run with 1500 hp and zero f**ks?

Then LS accuracy stacker Juggernaught is for you.

I was always hesitating between raider and jugger LS, and even though the majority are using raider, it's fairly expensive and I just dont like evasion at all, armor is not an RNG based reduction and with high resist(83 all) and no crit taken(Brass Dome) even with 1500 hp you are not instakilled and can facetank all but degen.

Raider is probably more versatile but I had a lot of fun with jugger and it didnt cost me much currency, a couple of ex for 10M sirus dps and zoom zoom playstyle.

I was tempted to try it but I hate levelling Jugg and I can't imagine you can get this league starting well for less than 20 ex if you start it on day 1.
(6 Link Brass Dome was 12 Ex for the first 3-4 days and was still 10 ex in week 2) Even now it is 4 ex so not sure how you geared it for 2 ex :) You need to tell me your secrets

Raider is so comfy out the blocks as in your first few maps you will be ailment immune with max spell suppression. You don't need phys mitigation until red maps and end game you add determination to the mix making you super tanky

The subject of of this thread is 'great league starter'. Can someone confirm, that this build can really carry you early on into end-game with league start equipment? Or are there expensive items mandatory to get going?

Depends what you mean by League Start Gear and End Game. It is not a boss killer by nature so is not going to have the raw power of seismic traps or EA Totems without investment. Last League I spent 2-3 ex to get it farming T16 Maps guardians etc... then the more you put in the better it gets. I think I spent about 30 ex on it last league in the end and it blitzed everything other than consistent 30 simus as you have to build pretty specific for that and it gets expensive.

It is an amazing all round build but more focused on juiced mapping than bossing.

To get going you basically need a 6 Link, Good claw which you can craft with essences and +1 Implicit Strike Gloves. Helix on a 4 Link carries you to mid yellow maps, 5 link LS will get you to late yellow/Uber Lab ready, 6 Link will get to mid tier reds or T14 but slow bossing. Then add the +1 strike gloves and you are good to go.

There are some progress videos from last league on my Youtube channel:

Day 3/4 Update https://youtu.be/xpSu-RN9r10
I used this as a league starter, eventually going for TS Deadeye. The swap was rather because I really wanted to play a bow build.

This build's leveling and gearing experience was very satisfying. You can start on a budget and work your way to very good gear. LS Raider will probably be one of the best league starters again and I'm very sure that I'll give it another shot with the option of only playing one character in Sentinel.

LS Raider has a ton of potential for min maxing if you are into it.

Also, the key items needed (6L, +1 Strike) are pretty easy to get:
For 6L, look for any corrupted armour with the right socket colors. Should be able to get a decent one for less than 60c. Alternatively, go with Tabula for the time being.
The +1 Strike is trivial with the new implicits, just buy any and craft with +life essence or whatever you like.

So yes, this build is a perfect league starter and it is also quite an amazing bosser with Vaal LS. There should not be any content that this build can't except maybe Wave 30 Simu and Deep Delve.
We can swap grace for herald of ice or I'm going to lose a lot of survival ?
Any advice for atlas passives? I was thinking heavy focus on essences for crafting. Id do fossils as well but I dont see many nodes for delve. Maybe harb for early raw currency?

There's a lot of strategies for the Atlas tree.

Last league, I ran Essences, Strongboxes, Blight, Scarabs, Enduring Influence for more sextant uses (probably didn't need that, I ended the league with a shitload of extra sextants) and swapped back and forth between a bunch of Eater of Worlds points, Guardians, or Maven.

Another favourite for a bunch of the folks I play with was Expedition content for the Gwennen gambles.
Current league IGN: Teldra_Anc_LAD
Feel free to message me in game if I'm on.
I trying to decide b/t this build and rf inquis for my league start. Any thoughts for a casual who wants to get into t16 and may only find 5ex of currency?

I was watching ImExile and him and cARN were talking about just picking 2 specialties and focus on that. Not sure how valid a strategy, but I assumed they knew what they were talking about.
