Cannot Connect Twitch
Twitch account was connected in the past, not now for some reason. Being asked to re-link account again and each pathway leads to the same page saying:
"Unable to verify the connection to your Twitch account. If you keep seeing this message you may need to re-link your account." Last bumped on Dec 10, 2023, 3:51:25 PM

I would also recommend trying with a different web browser (such as Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome) or test by using a private/incognito session. If you have any sort of pop-up blockers, browser extensions, or antivirus/firewalls could you try to temporarily disable these, or add exceptions and see if this helps? I am having the same issue and have cleared browser and all cookies/site data, and restarted Google Chrome to no avail. I am just trying to claim the wings drop at this time. It shows in the Drops claimed section on Twitch.

Thanks for your help. To help aid others, the cache clearing and browser change to FF did not solve the issue directly, but might have helped. After doing that and removing any existing connections allowed me to establish a correct connection

Was receiving same error. Removing the connection from the PoE manage connections page, then re-linking from the PoE page, fixed the issue.

" Thanks a bunch for that link to the connections, so simple, didn't think about it. Just like the person that made the original post i kept getting relooped to the page that tried to connect me to my twitch account leading to an error message (probably had something to do with me changing my twitch name years after linking the two accounts), maybe this is something that could be made a bit clearer to people ? But i can only repeat, simply disconnecting your accounts from the "connections" page is pretty simple/obvious, could've really thought of that. One way or the other big thanks. |
