Stash Tab Sale and Free Mystery Box When You Spend Points

NVM looked in Cosmetics, didn't notice anything, then tabs at bottom caught my eye and MTX actually had two mystery boxes, neither stuff I am into, as the tab suggests, cosmetic items.
What kind of game would have you march through and whack everything, its a game not equipment testing.

How many points need to be spent to get the mystery box and must the points be spent on stash tabs?

I have a lvl 94 Templar. When my in game armor will start to look epic? I still have no pants ( like a homeless porn acting) and my weapon looks like a needle. I need to buy MTX's to enjoy my character? The in game armor in purpose looks like a trash can?
