Where are we getting intelligence for gem requirements?

I'm also leveling with lightning arrow. Storm rain is doing absolutely nothing so far at level 37. Might be better with gems such as greater proj idk

Since Lightning arrow is working wonders, waht if we do lightning arrow for clear and Storm Rain for boss? It seems better than lightning arrow for sure

I am not sure what the deal is for sure, but while I was waiting for a friend to log in to level together I went to a standard character, bought a Storm Rain, boosted it with a lens real quick to 19 and grabbed some okayish gear to test it. I didn't get every single side/utility setup going but I started with a Tempest on a 5L and just jumped into a T12 map....I have ramped the gear all the way up to an OG Legacy Windripper and I still cannot clear a T12 map smoothly. Even tried some Voltaxic shenanigan's, just about every unique bow and even a 700pds bow and different ways to convert the damage. Either the skill sucks, something is not working right with it or after playing since beta I completely forgot how to play and now suck at the game

Logging off for the night. Im liking the use of lightning arrow for trash and Tempest for bosses or big baddies. Think thats how im going to run it for awhile :D Best of luck team. See you im the am

" Also tried storm rain with a standard level 95 lightning arrow/Galvanic arrow deadeye that's geared enough to clear all content - replaced GA with storm rain and the damage was almost non-existent.. I noticed that enemies standing in the beams between arrows barely took any damage. I have noticed it seems like they don't take damage sometimes from the beams, I assumed it was accuracy related. I am on a 4L and crushing the story still. Switched from lightning arrow to storm rain when I got GMP and no issues. I did spec a int node until I finish my travel to witch area.

This might be my newbness showing but dealing no physical damage from bow is taking 50% of your damage away because doesn't storm rain convert 50% phys to lightning?
