I haven't updated my guide for this league, but if you want higher than 20% quality you need to buy a Reaver Sword that dropped with the quality and throw Tempering Orbs at it until it hits the %phys mod. Fortune is a waste on Reaver Swords as it only takes an average of ~300 chance/scours, which is FAR cheaper. If you don't care about going above 20q then just chance an enchanted base as per usual.

I've used 12 tempered orbs and got chanced into two hiltless reavers yippee
Thanks for the help I couldn't figure out it was tempered orbs that give the enchant lmao, still working on getting an enchanted dervish
