[3.14] Low Life Ignite Burning Arrow(proof of concept, build guide will follow)

My take on Burning Arrow(based on existing versions) with new tools arrived in 3.14 such as new gems and changes to Low Life status which is now enabled at 50% hp.

Mechanics


New Bloodthirst gem provides a huge chunk of flat phys dmg. (~130 in my case, with 6400 Life


Divergent Chance to Bleed adds a bit more flat phys and boost effectiveness all added damage by 20%


Turn all phys into all elements.

Shaper of Flames turns all that damage into ignites.

Berek's Respite makes ignites chain. (Abberath's Hooves are used as placeholder to achive the same effect untill I get the ring.)

Proliferation from cluster jewel increases coverage and kills newly spawned monsters like Beyonds or Ultimatum ones.


For dmg mitigation.

How does this compare to the xophs bow build. Like single target dps and such?
Can't tell for sure, as the build is still in a very budget WIP state, but if I swap my Doomfletch for Xoph's Nurture in PoB and adjust the gems to properly scale it, Xoph's bow has ~18-20% less damage.

I would expect LL setup to win even more later on damagewise, because every single life roll on the gear/jewels/tree gives it damage, on top of actual damage mods.

Clearspeed should be pretty much identical.

In red maps it does just fine now. Zero issues with damage and I'm rarely dying. Mostly because I'm throwing a bit too much at the character, considering that it doesn't have much gear.

I'm fairly confident, it'll scale quite nicely further on.

No, I can't because I'm not sure what its gonna be. Still testing things, but I don't have acssess to much, since its a league start. I could probably spend hours in PoB, but I'd prefer to spend this time progressing my atlas.
