[3.14] Exsanguinate Str Stacker Jugg (experimental)

had an inspiration, switched to shield again and beefed up to 7.35k life, was able to complete first full T16 Ultimatum at decent speed, lvl 91 atm(haven´t played alot though, POBing other build ideas)

maybe @ 11-12 exa gear atm, ain´t to bad for the investment(I´m fkin broke this league somehow, started to many build stuff ;-p)
