That's not neraly enough and still RNG heavy... Give us a mean to lock affixes in place... Crafting is not gambling and some arpg's give us the mean to lock mods in place and it is not cheap... It can be rare AF, global loot but it should exist and lock up to 4 affixes and making the item account bound !! Path of Exile is a Casino for gambling addicts.
