Sure! The lightning trap / toxic rain / whatever leveling is just faster, but there's nothing stopping you from using bladefall as soon as you can fit it.

The Vigil + Vigilant Strike + General's cry

When you trigger General's Cry, it summons mirage warriors from nearby corpses. These warriors will use the linked skill (vigilant strike) once. Vigilant strike grants them Fortify, and The Vigil grants that Fortify buff to their allies - which is you.

TL,DR: It gives you 8 seconds of Fortify.

This build works very well, even in SSF.
Almost everything is explained in POB, and the rest is in first post.
And I'm far from an experienced player, my last char was on Harvest. Even the leveling with lightning traps was a breeze.

Maybe the author should have put a warning on first page, the build is very powerful but not easy to play.

Terrible leveling experience? How would you know? You don't even have a raider, for crying out loud. Respec 50 points? Care to point them out? My count is 34, which admittedly is a bit higher than average, however, 20 of those come from the storyline quests. 14 regret orbs is SIX chaos. Not exactly a terrible burden. Why are you even posting here again?
