Ranger - (3.16) NERFED DO NOT PLAY THIS Raider Archmage BF/BB [CHEAP, Tanky, HCSSF viable, (100m+ dps) - Forum

I got insanely lucky and found a HH a few minutes ago. Would you recommend trying to build around it with this build, or upgrade to a few "GG" items? I have decent gear but I'm a newer player and am just getting into yellow maps. I looked at the "true end game" version of POB, and it looks like some of those items are 30-200ex alone, so I think that's way out of my budget.
