You have to edit the essence worm affix in POB yourself. Change it to "Socketed Gems Reserve No Mana". I think it is a bug currently. You would see the difference on the mana reserved part, because this build scale on mana cost. So if wrath reserved 50% mana, it is a huge loss of DPS. PoB is currently not showing essence wurm properly, it's assuming your wrath is being reserved by mana. There is a work around I plan on posting tommorow.
