I ditched swift brand at 56 and like the playstyle better - wondering what a good link to replace it would be? Power charge on critical then swap from forbidden power to profane bloom?

Quick question, is there a way to avoid culling strike? With the new league mechanics, the monster can instantly kill anything below 20%. So with the current build, I just get one-shotted sometimes from the runic monsters. My only way to avoid it is to basically die and just not reserve that much on my HP bar.
