[3.21] Cold Conversion Summoner | Build guides for all budgets | (Ghazzy Zoomancer)
The build is mega!
act 1-5 is hard in delirium, but act 6+ is so easy, even delirium 90+ is no big problem. and my items and skills are suboptimal, only 2 golems, most minions only 3 link etc etc Last edited by Knuddelbearl on Jan 2, 2022, 6:49:39 PM

" Yeah, act 1 is really rough in delirium because you do zdps. Once you beat Brutus and get Indomitable Army it becomes manageable but it's still annoying. Act 2-4 were okay if you're overleveled but could feel that synergistic parts of the build for dmg was missing. This isn't an issue in normal gameplay without delirium cause you don't need the same damage levels. Once you get the ranged spectres and Carrions going with a Victario's Charity everything becomes easy. 96% + delirium zones are still annoying but you can outheal them with skeleton spam and just outlast it. When I did Act6 97& delirius bosses like Tukohama took like 50 sec to kill so wasn't too bad. |

" You don't have a PoB? It seems like you haven't made any upgrades since the campaign :) To really scale up your damage you want to be converting to cold. Defenses are scaled by Aura stacking with March of the Legion. I suggest that you start by following this PoB: https://pastebin.com/jZJsU4VY Everything in this PoB shouldn't be more than 4 exalted Orbs. |

I've built a pretty nice toon and im havin a lot of fun, but now im a bit lost on what to do to upgrade even further. Never found a single reroll keep suffix for shield and hate usin hydrosphere. My AG has -cold res on helm and ele weak on hit on gloves; usin 2 crabs and both chieftains as spectres.

" Glad you're enjoying the higher end version of the build :) Yeah, using hydrosphere is very awkward. I think it's getting nerfed next league cause it's a stupid mechanic so I designed my 3.17 builds to run without it. As for upgrades, you've gotten pretty far but there are some things left to look into: - Get a 21/20 Vaal Skeletons. - With a brittle shield and crit on helm Assassin's Mark is now way stronger than Frostbite. You want to look into upgrading your curse ring into an Assassin's Mark one now. - It's time to change your belt into a Headhunter. It might mess up with your resistances though so you might have to look into upgrading your rings for alot more resistances. - You want a medium cluster with Blessed Rebirth and Life from Death for minion suvivability for high end content. However, if you feel like minions never die and your AG always is topped off, maybe it's not needed and you save 4 skill points that way. If you're not running Hydrosphere I suggest you swap Melee splash from your Golems and skellies to Increased critical Damage support instead. Let the skellies and Carrion Golemsdeal pure single target while Zombies and spectres deal the AoE damage. I'd probably also go with 3 Crabs and x1 Host Chieftain instead ditching 1 frenzy charge for more AoE clear and Crushclaw screech uptime. |

First, great guide. I was one year away from the game and i always was amused about this theorycraft about changing the damage of the minions. I follow your leveling and i'm in Act 6, needing to switch the spcetres from Carnage Chieftains to Frost Auto Scout. BUT i can't find them, don't know exactly how Heist work (still). i tryed /global 6666 but no lucky. What OP indicates to me? Thanks!
EDIT: So i made some adjustments. i have the Triad Gloves, so i changed it to all blue sockets to convert the damage of the minions to lightning, then swap Flame Dash (phase run its enought for me for instance) to the aura Zealotry. Then i linked in the gloves RAise Spectre, Elemental Focus, Minion Damage and Spell Echo. My damage is bigger than ever haha Last edited by Xikitu on Jan 8, 2022, 8:43:36 PM

" When you're doing act 6 and onward you will start dropping items called Contracts. These contracts have different areas attatched to them, kinda like maps. What you're looking for are contracts named either Tunnels or Repository. You can usually also buy these contracts from a contract vendor named Whakkano in an area called the Rogue Harbour. Rogue Harbour is the official Heist area and you get there by using a Rogue Marker in your hideout. Rogue markers are small coins that you find everywhere and you probably have thousands of them already in your stash. When you have a Repository or Tunnels contract you activate the contractby talking to Adiyah. Once inside, simply desecrate for the Frost Auto-scout corpses and raise them. Lightning conversion sounds pretty cool in the start. While running that setup, just make sure you're using Wrath Aura and Condctivity for cursing until you swap to proper cold conversion. The only real downside of lightning conversion is that it unfortunately doesn't benefit the auto scouts who already deal pure cold. But I don't think it matters in the campaign :) |

Thanks for the sweet and informative answer!

it's normal that with march of the legion i have to reactivate all auras every 10s ?, if so it's not great

" Don't use March of the Legion unless you have alot of Duration specced in the tree. With Enduring Bond, Potency of Will and Mistress of Sacrifice the auras last 27 seconds which aren't too annoying refreshing. Remember that this is a low budget build which means I've intentionally designed it to have pretty bad QoL while having very high dps and defenses for the budget. As the budget increases things will start to automate with trigger wands and you will eventually do away with the boots cause constantly refreshing 3 auras doesn't feel very good. |
