You're most likely getting oneshotted by spells, in some cases you're dying to chaos.

Try building my tankier version which solves most of the problems.
The changes you will need to do is get a Small Cluster with 3 points, Sublime Form and 25% increased effect.
You'll also want to grab a Divergent Bone Offering and annoint Charisma to your amulet. This allows you to fit Tempest Shield.

You'll also need to do some changes to the tree.

This would be the full PoB changes.

Hi!

Nice to see that you're trying the build out on Standard, hope it's going well :)

You've got most of the "core" stuff right on the gear and gems but there are some things you should look into.

I don't know about standard prices so some of this stuff might cost more or less than in Scourge League:

1. If you can, get a 4red-2blue or 3red-3blue Skin of the Lords with EE.
If you can't that's okay, but swap Icebite for Divergent Hypothermia. Our minions can't stack more than 3 Frenzy's so Icebite isn't very good unfortunately.

You want to run:
- Awk Minion Dmg
- Empower4
- Awk Melee Phys
- Multistrike
- Awk Elemental dmg with attacks/Increased Crit Dmg

2. Get an Auls Uprising.
I see where you're going but the +1 doesn't really do much for us.
Spectres get VERY little dmg from levels for some reason, that's why I don't + levels on my boots. It's an extreme luxury to get levels for spectres for marginal dps increases.
Golems are like lvl 32 or something with Empower.
At lvl 30 and above + to levels get diminishing returns and add much less.
From level 20-30 Golems get ~10% dmg per level. 30 and above golems get ~5% dmg per level.

By running Auls you can fit another Aura in the build instead.
This allows you to run either Vaal Grace to cap evasion or Vaal Haste for alot higher dps and better clear in lower maps.

3. Since you're running an Elemental Weakness ring I'm assuming you're only running 1 curse in your setup.
You want to look into getting a Frostbite ring so you can run Elemental Weakness on your Animate Guardian instead.

If you're running Frostbite synthesis implicit on your AG, then disregard this. However, I highly advice you to get another Unset Ring.
This allows you to run Vaal Molten Shell aswell which is a massive survivability boost. You can put Molten shell on Numlock to have it autocasted.

4. Remove Second Wind, it does nothing in your gloves if you don't have Dash there. You don't get additional charges for Phase Run since it's instant cast.
Either run Enhance support or simply put Dash in again.

5. Bonechill should provide a bigger dps increase than Awakened Unbound Ailments on your Skitterbots.

6. Fix some alternate quality on your gems. In particular:
- Divergent Bone Offering for more block
- 20% quality on BV for increased AoE size on BV.
- 21/20 Animate Guardian (Divergent if you have money)
- Divergent Bonechill and Skitterbots
- Quality on Phase Run
- 1/20 on Desecrate so it cost less mana.

7. You should try to hit 2 white and 2 blue colors on your helm with Vorici if possible. Vicious bite unfortunately doesn't do anything on Phantasms or the Crab so you shouldn't be running it.
If you have to run 2 greens, replace Vicious Proj with Awakened Added Cold instead for single target. Use Faster Projectiles for clearspeed in maps.

8. Your flasks are all over the place. I suggest you copy my flask and run the same setup I have. You also want to put instilling orbs on all of them so they autocast when they reach full charges.

This is the setup I recommend:
- Life: Remove bleed and increased recovery rate (Recovery rate is very important)
- Granite: Rumis
- Jade: 60% increased armour and either increased duration or inreased flask charges gained.
- Quicksilver: 14% movement speed and either Increased duration or increased flask charges gained.

The last flask is up to you. I prefer either a Silver flask for runspeed or a Basalt flask to tank up. Mods should be the same.
- Mods: 55% chance to avoid Ignite (Get x2 Ignite avoid corruptions on Jewels for 100%) and either increased duration or increased flask charges gained.

Hey,

Love this build and having changed more towards the tankier build except bone offering. It feels alot smoother, obviously my chaos res is terrible.

The things I can think of I need to do in order too improve dps is:

I need to get a better +2 wand with minion dmg or/and minion as/cs.

A Skin of the lords with EE( is 3R3B the best? ). I have one but its 3G3B.

My rings are OK, but would be nice to have some more life on them.

Determination implicit on shield would be great, but seems like that is not even near a prio atm.

If you ever have time to check my pob, would love that!

Our other option would be to run AG in shield linked with Feeding Frenzy but that makes him squishy since he loses 3 levels. Removing Determination corruption from shield makes everything even harder.

Either you sacrifice Convocation (Which feels kinda bad) or you move FF to helm replacing Faster Attacks (Also feels kinda bad).

The first option opens up 1 gem, the second opens up 2 gems since you can ditch the zombies who're not doing much.

Helm:
Awakened Orb a 86 Elder/Shaper bone helm with either a Elder or shaper other helm to get double influence. Try to get an already enchanted bone helm if you can.
Then just spam Frigid + Bound fossil until you get something good.

Shield:
Crafting the shield is extremely expensive and hard.
1. Get a Cold Attuned Buckler Base and Redeem slam it -> Alteration craft for minimum 2 frenzy.
Buy any other crusader shield with Ilvl 80+(not sure about Ilvl) and alteration for minimum 2 Power charges.
2. Awakener orb them together and pray.
You're looking for 1 free suffix. That's all. If you don't get a free suffix, go back to step 1.
3. If you get a free suffix, craft suffixes cannot be changed for 2 ex.
If you have full prefixes, harvest craft reforge keep suffixes until you get 1 free prefix.
4. Aisling slam and pray that it gives you a Veiled Suffix.
If you get a veiled Prefix and Suffixes cannot be changed is left -> Orb of Scouring and go back to step 3.
If you got a veiled prefix but removed suffixes cannot be changed -> craft suffixes cannot be changed again -> Orb of Scouring -> craft suffixes cannot be changed AGAIN -> Repeat step 4.
5. If you got a Veiled Suffix, unveil it and pray that you got 7% double damage.
If you didn't get double damage on your suffix -> Go back to step one.

Throw enough currency at the shield and you will have these suffixes:
2 minimum Frenzy, 2 minimum Power, 7% double dmg.

Now the hard part is out of the way:
Reforge keep Suffix harvest craft the shield until you get 1% damage per 1% block or 40% elemental dmg with attacks (Or both if lucky)
Finish the shield by crafting 8% cold damage as extra Chaos.

The cheap route of crafting the shield basically is to just stop after awakener orbing, craft either 5% double dmg or 8% cold -> chaos dmg and stay with a 3 mod shield.

I have a helm with 2% flat crit, so my Golem Setup is located in the Helmet.

That's also the reason I really want to get a rare shield in my setup - I have to have power charges constantly. From what you've said, the best option for me would be to ditch Zombies completely. In the empty slots I'll place Hydrosphere (must be extremely good due to enormous monster density of Simulacrums) and lvl21 Determination. Could you tell me how my minion setups should look like after all the changes ?
Atm I use:
In the Helmet - CG + Awakened Melee Phys + Multi + EDWA
In the Chest - Spectres + Phantasms + Awakened Minion Damage + Predator + Faster Proj + Divergent Greater Volley

I suppose that I shall replace EDWA on Melee Splash and Predator on Feeding Frenzy. Right ?
P.S. what is the best enchantment for the Simulacrums setup ? FO obviously doesn't work, as we have to use Bone Offering.

Yeah, EDWA goes away for Melee Splash and Feeding Frenzy replaces Predator permanently. I think that's the way forward.

For helm enchants I think +2 Dash Charges is the best one we can get honestly.
This allows us to ditch Second Wind in the gloves and run Desecrate permanently which gives us easy access to corpses for single target bosses.

If you just want to go safe with damage, 40% carrion Golem dps is the best.
