[3.21] Cold Conversion Summoner | Build guides for all budgets | (Ghazzy Zoomancer)

any reason for or against using jinx juju?
IGN: TripleSixStorm.
So, one of the new specters (Demon Harpy) has a debuff that increases enemy phys dmg taken.. and apparently Primal Crushclaw has a similar debuff for cold (I wasn't aware of it).
I wonder if it'd be worthwhile running 2 SOs/2 Crushclaws (or 3/1, or 2/1/1 of another support specter) since the phantasms are taking a bit more of a clearing/dps role here.

(As for the Harpies - they are mostly a support minion since they convert 75% of their dmg to fire.. so they can't take advantage of their own debuff)
Struggling a bit since I switched to frost conversion. Frost resistant mobs seem to be close to dmg immune sometimes even if you manually frostbite them, idk why but for some reason I barely feel the difference in dmg taken. Otherwise I just have the -8% from the masteries and skitterbots. Something else that I am missing?
hi even when we convert to 3.16 in POB , I don't see the clusters jewels
Hello,

I have a little newbie question : when I look at the POB levelling and low budget, I see differences between this 2 trees.

I though that it was not possible to reset tree in poe.
Am I wrong or is there another way ?

There are orbs of regret that gives you possibility to change tree. 1 regret allows you to take on point off tree. Look them up :)

I used Jinx Juju during the early game last league.
It's a very good amulet if you can fit it in.
Jinxed Juju provides higher DPS and 10% dmg reduction from spectre absorb which is nice. It also gives some Dex and Chaos res.

The downsides is that you lose life, potential Dex and other resistances.

If you got all of that covered from other sources, use the Juju, it's very good. This however, most likely requires pretty decent rares with Dual +40% elemental resistances and +70 life which are hard to come by.

THe early leveling build already uses alot of items with no stats so it can be hard to fit the Juju early on.
But as said, if you can, def get it if all the other stats are covered.

Everyone seems very hyped about the harpies, which is cool, but as you said they're only good for support.

I tried them out at level ~40ish because I wanted to ressurect that giant demon from my scourges. It was cool and all but I quickly knew they wouldn't be too good for clearing.
The only noticable ability was the scream thing which seemed to be on a cooldown and ths spectres CC themselves while doing it. So if you kill mobs for clearing they're spending alot of time channeling the scream and not actually killing other things.

They might prove to be very good for ST if you run pure phys though, atleast one of them. The 75% fire Conversion also makes sure you really can't scale them for solo carrying.

How big is the primal crushclaw effect.
Tried looking it up on PoEdb and couldn't find anything about it at all. If Primal Crushclaws apply a, say 20% more cold damage taken modifier or so we definitely want to drop one spectre, atleast when we run 4 of them.

Hi!

I see you're running the tanky version :)
Unfortunately I haven't playtested the tanky version and could see dps performance issues at lower levels.

You have alot of optimizations to make to your sockets predominantly. Gear is a little whatever at this point.

Some things I'd like you to change which might help with performance are:
- If damage is low, swap fork for Cold penetration support on chest.
- Absolutely MUST have generosity linked to Hatred. It's a ~20% more damage increase.
- Get unset rings, you need more sockets.
Put Convocation and Flesh Offering/Bone offering in those rings for now.
You need the socket slots badly.
- Getting 3 blue sockets on shield might be hard without bench crafting recipes, but if you can get it put zombies there with Elemental Army. It gives cold exposure for 10% more damage.
- Put Phase run in green socket on gloves.
Your minions are only converting 75% cold damage right now since you're not running a socket there.

Hopefully, if you change all these things your damage will increase enough to help you in maps. If you still have dps issues you will need further investments into dps.
At that point, I would consider running Necro Aegis with Victario's Charity for a while until you get the other lowbudget stuff like +3 helms and skin of the Loyal et.c. It will reduce your survvability but the extra clearspeed might be needed if the dps is too low.
