Will a budget version of this enough for AW9 Sirus?

Let me rephrase this: is this build as good as it used to be? It is still a newbie friendly build?

Thanks for your hard work :)

Depends on if you know the fight.
If you know the fight you will be able to dodge Sirus telegraphed oneshot mechanics. Things like Orion casting Rain of Stars, Sirus Diebeam and his other abilities.

The budget version has more than enough damage to kill him. But since it's on a budget you will get oneshot if he hits you with his stuff. If you're not familiar with his mechanics, look into the tanky version that should be able tank more.

That being said, if you choose to leafue start with this build you will habe surpassed the low budget FAR before you hit A9.
The low budget is designed to be around 2-3 ex in cost depending on the cost of Primordial jewels and Skin of the Loyal.
Skins might be expensive or non existant early on though, but you're absolutely able to kill Sirus in a Tabula.

[3.16] Build update:

I've now finished theory crafting most of my PoBs for the upcoming league start.

Where are we getting the str and dex to hit 134/155 off of 4 items?
i'd say the bare minimum you should hit are 134 strength for clayshaper and 111 dex for lvl 20 green support gems.
More dex enables higher mobility and more strength enables the helmet base used in the pob (bone helmets have lower strength requirements)
i wanted to ask why in pob we have calculations with 11 spectras or 11 ice golems ??

Those are the phantasms. Not entirely sure if this is the correct way to calculate this, but I'll trust op to know what they're doing.

That being said, the AG setup needs some changes. Depending on the delve changes, Aul helmet might be affordable but in expedition it was >6ex.
I remember windscream boots being around 1ex too.
I guess Eye of Malice isn't viable either for bossing, since we have a hard time getting them to negative res.

For low budget it's probably best to go with leer cast and dying breadth

Correct, this is the only way I could include the phantasms into the PoB.

When you go to skill gems there's a small box to the right of a skill gem that says "count" where you pick how many of that minions you want to use.
If you check the Carrion Golem skill gem I've put 3 for leveling builds and 5 for low budget as an example.
Same thing goes for spectre if you check the gem links in the Body Armour.

The problem is that I couldn't for the love of god find a way to include the phantasms. When using the Phantasm skill gem, no "count" box appears next to the gem.

To simulate their damage I had to create an entirely different link which I named "Chest - Summon Phantasm:" in all cases.
For some reason, I could put the count of the "base minion" in this chest to represent the phantasms. So I put spectre/golem at 11.
However, this showed the dps of the wrong minion

But by picking the "parent skillgem" (Gem phantasms are linked to) I could then pick Phantasms as an option and from there choose which phantasm ability to check the dps for.

This made the PoB calculations pick the Summon Phantasm Support gems linked to the parent minion, count the dps for the chosen ability by them and multiply that dps by the "count" of that minion.

A very weird solution to make it work, but I think the numbers are correct.
