To piggy back on the OPs reply. You should have more than enough damage with your items. Most bosses take a second but you still have to deal with content that has phases where I was getting killed before I made some changes.

I put in vaal grace and bone offering. Took the ascendant nodes that has offerings effect me, increase offerings effect, and skill duration (feels like a huge boost). I put thread of hope at the top of the tree for the life node and ravenous horde. This opened 5 passive points where I got more life/block nodes (near the bottem left of the tree). The guide said headhunter is a big defensive boost but I'm running a stygian belt with life + % life and res. Headhunter is only good with fully juiced maps and if you are running those you are dying anyways. I run t16 20 quality, sextants, and scarabs just fine. Honestly the headhunter just didn't feel like an upgrade to me so I swapped it out.

I made these changes yesterday and haven't died since. I don't use a stone golem and my animate guardian doesn't use the defensive chest piece for no crits yet. I'll add the chest and check out the stone golem once I get a frostbite and +minion lvl ring. I don't feel a difference in DPS and if I did need more I'll upgrade my helmet to a 8 or 9 link instead of giving up the defenses.

i saw your discussion from few pages ago but i still dont grasp why +1 on the AG isnt good so sorry if im missing something

EDIT: maybe you refer to a different budget build that apply the curses differently?
because im using the medium budget gear right now

The problem is you overwrite the curse limit with yours each time BV hits a monster.

hey dude i fell that too, i play that build with 75/75 block and no glancing blow nor NA. But even with that the really low hp pool make that i die here and there sometimes which is really frustrating

So why the hell did you not unspecc NA tree (the whole branch, starting at ES nodes to the right of EE and up to int ones close to NA) and keep using shield, that is absolutely useless, as you don't do damage yourself? Unspecc the branch, invest in HP points, take a shield with HP on block and other useful things.

Hi, i started with your life build (was a great starter for this league), and then went to LL/ES, but it seems like i can't clear 100% IQQ the formed (shaper's guardian invitation)
Is there any non expensive way to upgrade? i"m farming my way to get a bottled faith, but other than that, what would you recommend me ?

I went on life reservation for those two, and they get +2 anyway on prism guardian.

I worked my ass for that build to fit, but it doesn't clear high IQQ invitations, i failed the feared twice (60ish IQQ).

First off, amazing guide. The most detailed I've seen, and seems to cover every possible question I could have. Apart from 1...

Early on in the levelling guide it says to buy 5 Summon Spectres and One Animate Guardian and equip them in the 2nd weapon set. But I don't see any further reference to those. Are they need for something, or is that bit leftover from an earlier version?

This is to level them up to lv 20, then use Vaal orbs for a 1/6ish chance to upgrade to gem level 21.
