" Glacial Cascade is still a pretty bad mine skill. Why do people still use it? No idea. Blazing Salvo blows it away. Pyroclast, Icicle mine, obv Arc & Ball Lightning GGG just keep using it as bait in videos. Only thing I can think of. Sab hardly gets any play and GC is one of their worst options. I seriously doubt GGG will nerf it. They should be looking at BV, Summons and Cyclone CoC IMO. "Never trust floating women." -Officer Kirac

they looked like someone found them in the archives and decided to dust them off and sell them as "new" mtx. they look so dated.

How much time take to create 1 skill mtx from design to release?
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.
