Here are the Mandatory items:

6L Null's - 30c
Flasks with Harvest Enchantment - 50c~80c each
Spoiler
You should prefer farming those enchantment yourself. I bought them from TFT discord for 20c-30c each

Asenath's Chant - 90c
Glorious Vanity (Doryani) - 30c
Corrupted Blood Implicit Jewel - depends on roll

Voices or Chaos Large Cluster - 3~4 ex each
Fasting + Mender's Wellspring (need at least 3) - 2~3 ex each
Brush with Death - 5c

So around 20ex required to start the build.

EDIT: forgot Mother's Embrace but that item is not expensive as well, like ~50c
Right, just fire.

Spell crit, and frenzy
Could also use other gloves e.g. maligaro's virtuosity if no crit jewels

Despair can be found on rings
Right, just fire.
Hey great build :D

I have an idea to approach the same idea in a different way: Self-casting skeleton to trigger bow skill in Replica Maloney's Mechanism to kill worms, instead of using Asenath's. Then we can use Viridi's Veil instead to have +6 level to skeletons (assuming we're using a corrupted one with +2 duration gem implicit) and hexproof.

do you think it's viable?

Yes we just chat in game.

Pros:
- You can add 2 level to Skeletons, giving more life = more damage.
- You can gain benefit from your helmet, meaning more survivability.

Cons:
- You lose +1 Chain benefit from quiver.
- You will need to use From Dust as your Quiver's trigger effect has a 1 sec cooldown.
- The attack happens too fast you cannot use Galvanic Arrow, should use Rain of Arrow instead.
- Your dash skill will trigger attack skill, making it sometimes failing to cause the chain reaction. Have to use non-spell movement skill aka Blink Arrow...

In my opinion, I would prefer using a +3 minion Bone Helmet with elevated Hunter mod "Nearby enemies have -12% to Chaos Resistance" for damage, because I am not a defensive player :L

UPDATE: I tried, not recommend.
Right, just fire.

Sure thing:

On a hunter ilvl 83 amulet:
1. Alt until +1 all int and random suffix
2. imprint and regal for another random suffix
3. craft third suffix
4. augment chaos x2, guarantee chaos leech (remove add life for flat life later) and +1 all chaos
5. reroll suffix keep prefix until get 1x decent mods (e.g. T1 all attribute)
6. make sure you have 3x prefix and 1x suffix, craft prefix cannot be changed
7. augment influence, remove whatever suitable (fire, cold, chaos, etc) until you hit % chance to gain power, end, frenzy charge on kill
Important note here to not use remove/add influence but separately. Remove first, then augment.
8. craft suffix, anoint infused, intrinsic catalyst
Right, just fire.

Regarding the quiver, what do you think of The Fracturing Spinner or it's upgraded version in The Shattered Divinity? I ask since they provide dex, a bit of res but the harbingers both quivers offer can grant a rotation of: additional projectile(s), chain, pierce additional target(s), and projectiles fork.

Probably not worth it since it may only affect projectiles though. It might not affect dark pact itself.
