True, but i think people in this thread are thinking they're getting the same level of gear again in 3.14, it will not be easy if even possible w/o crazy RNG.

But that's true of every single build, so while it is an absolute nerf compared to now, it's not a nerf relatively to the other builds you could play

I think people are vastly underestimating the Harvest change. This build was great fun but with meh gear it's going to have all the squishy and none of the crazy deeps off-screening everything.

I don't think so, the 11 million budget version is definitely reachable without any Harvest crafts, I think I was at 14-15 million before I used any Harvest crafts. Much of the damage comes from the blowback/cooked alive cluster jewels, plus golems/primordial gear and primordial bond large cluster jewels. At 14-15 million you will be off-screening all kinds of stuff in Tier 16 maps, you won't be able to face-tank sirus A9 or maven and kill them before any of their mechanics kick in, but the baseline clear speed is going to be there. And that's without expensive damage-boosting items like Transcendent Mind, well-rolled Lethal Pride, Malevolence/Wrath Watcher's Eye -- all of which will have nothing to do with Harvest nerfs.

As far as squishy, none of that will change much, it's still armor, golem buffs and elemental aegis with taste of hate and other flasks. Even with the aegis nerf this is a very tanky build for a bow character... it is not hard to hit 5K life without Harvest. Again there is nothing especially squishy about this character other than lack of evasion, but the high damage and ability to deal it from far away offsets that.

Maybe the challenges in this league will limit the ignite/kite tactic but I guess we'll just have to see. I agree the highest-end versions of this build that had 30million+ DPS will be too difficult to get during a 3-month league for most players, but it'll be close.

About league starting with it - I've made some tests and went through the acts and then tried few maps on awakening 4 lvl (didn't put all watchstones out). T6 rare map was doable on stuff picked up from the ground during the acts and most of it was literally crap (like 1-5 flat light dmg and 15% light res magic quiver). Then i bought Chin Sol and 5l prophecy (less then 10c in league start scenario) and Dyadian Dawn (1-2c) and made t11 fairly easy. I haven't taken it to red maps on this shit gear, but making my way through the acts with Burning Arrow skill from the scratch (no spellslinger or other skills) was a breeze. Probably there are stronger ways to level the build and then swap like mentioned spellslinger, but I didn't wanna to fool with other skills and it was still cool.

This build will be fine,

The tanknisses is the same, its not the small nerf to aegis that will compromise anything,
The defences don´t come only from here,
This part is more than Ok,

The life is there, between 4k to 5k+ depending on the items,
The damage will be between 10M and 17m+ depending on the items each can get or craft,

For a dot build, this dmg is mroe than enough to clear the end content,
The hard part will be trying to get combination of mods on many items,

Still, we can be ceratin that op items will appear, people will find ways,
Expensive yes, as all very good items outthere,
Still, i´m not seeing many people playing this build,
Last season even with with the popularity, it was around 7%+,
I´m seeing most of going to bleed or similar,

Solid choice to start and carry on until we decide to try a different build or not,

Hey mate,

i still have on the side a pair of gloves and boots that i crafted,
Gloves - Dot fire, dmg over time, dex, life, bruning dmg and damage during flask effect,
Boots are still not finihesd but only missing to slam a influence mod to get the pierce,
They have fire res, tailwind, ignite, movement speed and life,

I think i have more things but i need to check later when i arrive at home,

I sold all my gear before and crafted all again,
