[3.13] Divine Ire Igniter Elementalist | 30 Million Damage Pure Lightning Ignites

Survibility of this build is nice. But it is not dumb "run to pack mobs" build. You have block about 36% (u can use Rumi to make it more), 6,5k HP, 42% phys reduction in hideout without granite flask, with golems 100% ailments imunnity so u have free flask slots for utiltiy and dmg flasks.

U can run all map mods, except:
Monsters have 70% chance to Avoid Elemental Ailments (u can this but its annoing)
And phys reflect if u dont have full conversion


Your golems has meat shield so they are taunting (prefer to meath shield + flame + light + chaos golem) and stone golem let alone, cause he can taunt as his ability, he is also most tanky.


I dont think inpulsa or explosion vaal regalia is need here. On classic mapping u will have enought dmg, and ignite from ire has big radius, so even if u hit one line of creeps, all arounds are igniting and diing instantly. Its just waste of slot for me. What really matter is dmg and survibility for bosses.


CI version will be nice, you will be on close to max blocks with Glancing Blows, you will have shield with % ES on block, armour from chest and some armor nodes, with Granite flask inc effect u end up on about 10k armor, then u can run Vaal Molten shell instead of immortal call or steelskin. U will have about 5k dmg in air (molten shell and Elemental Aegis), about 7,5k ES, ailments imunnity, golems tanking etc... so it will work for sure. Its very similar to classic golem build, u just dont boost your golems, but your main skill. Defensive layers are same.

I dont think MoM is good here with Agnostic, he is 1k mana, after that reserved gems even if he has 300 free mana, its nothing.


I actually messaged the guy in-game and asked how he was channeling with 100% reserved mana. Turns out MoM + Eldrich Battery on the helm allows him to use his ES pool for mana. Also, he uses a jewel to convert Agnostic to Corrupted Soul. I found that pretty brilliant as an alternative to mana and mana regen stacking.

All that being said, I'm also noob and am learning about these interactions for the first time.

What can I do to make leveling smoother? I just got act 4 and I feel pathetically weak, there is also a dismal amount of information in the OP about anything besides the skill tree. Can someone fill me in? Thanks.

I am so torn on which build to follow. The pob you linked, I can tell it is mega tanky AF and dmg is fine for endgame content already but quite expensive. I found another build from youtube where the guy does a whopping 20M dps, less tankier but its about the same playstyle and gameplay.

Why is this useless?
Spell damage doesn't affect ignite DPS, Physical Damage is purely to attacks with the wand, not spell Physical damage. Mana and mana regen are nice, but not well utilised stats on a wand. The only mod on your wand that affects your Ignite DPS, which is where all your damage actually comes from, is the 3% as chaos and that's very little.

Ideally if you're going one-hander and shield you want a Sceptre [void/opal] for the Elemental Damage implicit.

You're looking for in order of significance:

Phys as Chaos/Lightning as Chaos
+1 All Lightning/Phys/Spell Skill Gems
Fire Damage over time Multi/Damage over time Multi
Flat Lightning Damage to spells
Flat Cold damage to spells
Burning damage/Fire Damage/Elemental Damage
