" there arent enough fire damage nodes to build this without 1 set of (1 large 2 med) clusters. your dps will be awful. even a bad large with only 2 notables, and mediocre mediums (no burning bright anywhere) is a substantial dps upgrade over what the passive tree can provide. there is not way around it. , dps debuffs and buffs work only if you can actually proc them in relliable way, arch makes me proc exposure 100% of time, it is cool that you check "vaal rf fire" when sharing your pob on sirus dps but do you really have uptime for it 100% of time on him? You do not even have 100% uptime on it while mapping, on bosses you likely can not get the souls 80% of the fight.
Why i mention that is because i bet your proc rate of conviction on stuff like uber elder with maven or in fractured maps is not half of what you imagine it to be either. It is like calculating your defensive minion setup does 30m dps, but ingame 5m dps cyclone will outdps you because of horrible uptime of dps of defensive minion setup. Instead of shifting my focus on "er maj gad did i hit them with it or not" I spend it on dodging attacks. So for example I could wear eye of malice, which would add me 2million dps on paper. But it is not worth the comfort and uptime of my debuffs and works only on enemy that is 1cm next to me. Where you will notice this difference a lot is t16/t19 fractured farming, where every little debuff and buff can help your cleantime a lot. In such maps you will not target tough monster, because you can not see them with all the stuff going on and the huge lag from million drops per second hehe. And then every time Maven doubles the boss in end-game fights. How big is the difference? I get better fractured map times than people who wear HH. So i manage to compenase for all of the rare buffs they get with my uptime. Ofcourse ideally you would have both, but it is always trade, I'd trade my 180hp 13%hp 26dexterity 96% resist belt which gives me this all time, for belt that can potentially give me much more, but only when mapping. And some buffs are annoying"teleport randomly" but maybe that one got removed, not sure. I feel pretty, Oh, so pretty, I feel pretty, and witty and gay, And I pity Any girl who isn’t me today! " For medium it's clearly burning bright+cooked alive on both jewels. In a 2 large clusters setup I suggest to consider having 3x burning bright+cooked alive + 1x burning bright+brush with death. BwD gives some sustain that is really enjoyable when doing juiced maps (even if it's only 1% on kill, it's already significant). Can anyone provide me some guidance into creating this build?
How much should I be expecting to get it to a bossing level? I found a lucky HH I could sell but I'd like to actually use it in a decent build one day. What do I need to start face rolling maps in valdo's rest to get some currency? Thanks guys | |
" You don't need to wait for the gems to level. They are better at lvl 1 than their non-woke equivalent at lvl 20. Just remember to quality them up. Next I'd recommend ditching the Tabula for a +2 Skin of the Loyal. Getting one with 4 blue sockets is quite expensive, so get one with 3b, 2r, 1g and ditch Ele Focus for an Empower. https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Ritual/LByjPaVtn There's 2 up for 5ex right now which is a bargain, and an Empower 4 will set you back 2,5ex.
