Will the affinities and folders, like current tab customizations, copy over from Standard when a new league starts?

I legitly will buy the metamorph blight and all those new package they sell coz I dont need to scroll over 10 dif league tabs to store my item |

nice. but I predict lots of problems because of what items actually are: currency, fragments, both, etc....
