Who can use a challenge? I need some creative ideas how to increase ES while not loosing dmg and minion survivability. I can spend some currency (up to a mirror), but not like 6 mirrors for 4 passives with 1-Voices. More creative than that :D.

Ditch the clayshaper and use the unique shield whakatutki o matua or whatever its name is....
U can also get maim on your hungry loop and get a socket free so u can run more aura or use another skill.
Well, loosing 20%+ dps, getting worse clr speed, 30% increased minion life, 20% area of effect is not what I would call "not losing dmg and minion survivability"... Those were the reasons I sacrificed ES :D.
I was trying out some 100% delirium maps and i have the issue that my minions are constantly dying, anyone would fancy taking a look at my pob and see what i can do to improve that ?

Any other feedback to improve my build is welcome as well, i already hit the 300% aura effect, but i still got 60ex, i would prefer them to be not just marginal upgrades for 20ex and such as i have a spark aura stacker as well that would like some love :D

not much squeeze room honestly.
I would argue that your zombies don't bring much, and in some cases (bodyblocking your golems) might even hurt your dps. If you free that socket (I think it's the one socket you can free without it hurting to much) - you could:
1. move an aura from your helm to your boots, invest in a +2 corrupt + enchant alphas, run discipline in that helmet linked with an empower. This would be the best ES gain I think.
or,
2. manually run purity of fire and replace your boots with a high ES+int pair.
edit:
you can also theorycraft how it is with dualwielding mirror quality wands, +2, minion dmg/cast, aura effect etc.

DPS: 33.8x5= 169
ES:5.5k
With matua:
DPS: 41.7x4 = 166.8
ES: 6.3k

where is your grace lol
ok you want to try link anomalous grace or the 2 anomalous purities to your enahnce lvl4
it make minions immune to shock and ignite. that is actually very big.

ok you want to try link anomalous grace or the 2 anomalous purities to your enahnce lvl4

I have a grace in my ring. it's not actually lvl4 enhance but level 3 but yeah that is a option to do, ill check it out thanks.
I was mostly linking it to my determination for the phys damage reduction on myself.

Zombies are a must, u just forgot whats on the description of the carrion golem gem.
Ditching boots is an option yeah, would present a little struggle but maybe I can work smth out. Socket starvation is insane at this point...
And wands are far inferior at this point of the build. Its funny how cold iron points comeback when you very minmaxed.
There is absolutely 0 chance I would get alphas with enchant and corruption at this dead market sadly.

Being a dumbass I read ur first suggestion briefly and only saw “shield” and immediately thought u meant the one with double influence we all crafted for the build at some point. Now when I look at this unique one - it’s a very very viable option! I would have to play around with links and gems i guess, but it’s an insane ES boost for very little dmg loss. So i guess it’s slightly better clr speed + 20% aura effect vs almost 800 ES. Very very tempting! Thx mate, this is what I wanted when I made the post.
