It really shouldn't be worth much if it has a base crit chance of 0. It's worth more than 5ex in standard even without good hp rolls and without %hp and resists

" That is because it cannot be created deterministically in standard. The mod has a weighting of 25 which is extremely low, whereas augmenting three or four physical mods will always add it with Harvest. |
