Does chainbreaker / divergent berkserk work on blade vortex builds? I haven't tested it, but wouldn't chainbreaker make your rage go down too fast since it says, "Lose 5 Rage when you Hit an Enemy, no more than once every 0.3 seconds." BV has a high hit rate so I can't see how it sustains rage enough to run divergent berkserk

It's true that you could have a double influenced Crusader sceptre and get conversion on it. The thing is that conversion on gloves is a benchcraft, while getting it on the sceptre is much more difficult and expensive (requires prefixes can't be changed so you don't remove your phys-as-cold prefix while trying to roll the conversion suffix even though it shares a tag with resist, inc damage, etc). You also don't need a perfect eye at all, because the crusader conversion suffix goes up to 30%.
Right, I get that. I just already have a perfectly rolled Watcher's Eye and the phys conversion on my scepter so I just wanted to make sure I can forego it on my gloves.
I suppose another option is to get double conversion gloves to skip the Winter Spirit wheel.

You have to have very high regeneration. There are people on softcore ladder using it on cold bv pathfinder - I'd just go and look at their setups through poe.ninja. I had a conversation with one of them (who was already lvl 98 at the time) and they said they had to make a bunch of adjustments for it, like using a blue pearl amulet etc.

Oh no, not yet. That's something I'm working on.
I'm dumb, though. I was completely thinking the phys as extra cold on my scepter was phys CONVERTED to cold, so that's my bad. I suppose I'll still need the glove craft then.

Yes, that's part of the appeal of the build's mechanics - "free" 39% more damage multi all the time.
How do you sustain the RF constantly? shouldn't it be killing you?

I also have div berserk. For strictly mapping? I don't even use bv anymore, vortex kills most things and so mana loss isnt bad. For bossing most bosses are dead before it runs out anyway, or just run away for a second or two to instantly recharge it.

Thinking of going back to this build after playing some other things - how do people think the staff max block version is vs double scepters? From what I have seen it's basically double scepters is more damage (somewhere around 1/3rd more?) but max block has more mitigation.
