[3.11] Cold BV PF Indigon ft. RF | All content done in HC! | Fast mapper, safe boss-killer

The top end of the build has so much damage I don't think we will feel these changes much, I was destroying A9 Sirus even without Beserk. And BV changes likely won't gut it.

If they nerf Indigon then I think there would be more trouble.

The only thing I couldn't tell 100% is if the old explodey mod will go legacy or if all current versions will get changed like curse on hit affixes did ect. Likely the latter I'd guess.

man so much nerf. Any alternative skill that could be better than BV after the nerf? EK perhaps? Or is BV still the best

BV will still be really good, especially on bosses. VBV getting a 2nd charge is awesome there. For clear, it's a pretty big nerf taking into consideration the reduced radius and explode chest. EK was already competitive, if not straight up better than BV for clear when built properly, it just sucks on bosses (comparatively to BV). I'll probably build for BV damage and possibly swap to EK for mapping, or mess around with one of the new physical spells. Reap has potential with it's aoe and damage stacking, even if we just totally ignore the DoT mechanic.

How does reap work with indigon, it costs life no? or is it a somewhat different build

You spool up indigon by spending mana with arcane cloak.

The build will be just fine lol, instead of dealing 100+ mil dmg you'll "only" be doing 50~60 mil at the high end. Indigon and agnostic untouched, chain breaker is actually buffed for us so will still be near-immortal, even more so actually. The only biggest ouch is explode going legacy, but maybe someone can figure out a lighting variant with inpulsas.

For reference on dmg, I don't even turn on rf in normal mapping, and sometimes even forget to turn it on for boss killing since I don't even notice.

Conversion vinktar 20% -> 50%.

BV + Phys to lightning support + Vinktar + Inpulsa's = things go boom. But then you're using Inpulsa's so that's something that leaves you very squishy relative to the +129 life/phys taken as ele/etc. LMFAO chests used before.

Should still be VERY tanky, just not afk Sirius storm, tank meteors omega lol terms of tanky.

Or you could use 50% conversion gloves so that you could use shock prolif from the new vinktar's mod. That or Storm's Gift seem like the only way to recreate the chain explosions we're used to.
