[3.11] VOC - BANE BLOOM - 325% Despair - Occultist (Updated for Harvest)

So it is 6 days into the league exactly:

I just hit level 96 and am in the top 500 on the HSC ladder in Heist.

Build is feeling very strong.

Since vixen triggers don't work I am triggering curses in my wand with the benchcraft.

I have 32 watch stones and comfortably do T16 maps, guardians, elder maps, and all Heist Content.

My endgame boss dps is down because of lack of harvest crafts, and lack of the curse tag on BANE... but it is manageable.

I still have more experimenting to tweak more dps.

I just got my reflection shield today which should open some options in the tree.

MUCH of the guide is relavent still but later this league I will do an update properly.

Is the PoB still the same as you use? I played bane many times but with HoA and the boss damage sucks often. So i try to switch to yours

What is the point of using Vixen's if you don't have a curse in it? Am I missing something?

few questions, why shadowstitch and how come you have pain attunement but not the coward's legacy belt? also will you be updating the build guide ?
